Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Female; 2,Age >=18 years old; 3.Patients with pathological diagnosis of breast cancer who have undergone modified radical mastectomy without recurrence and metastasis or complicated with other malignant tumors; 4.Have primary school education or above; 5.Sign the informed consent and join the study voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Drug or alcohol dependence; 2.SAS score >=69 (severe anxiety) and/or SDS score >=72 (major depression) 3.Participants in other psychotherapy; 4.Use of neuropathic drugs; 5.People with personality disorders; 6.People with severe hearing, intellectual disability and inability to speak or unable to communicate in Mandarin; 7.Will not operate the network meeting room and wechat.
