Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumors of digestive tract (gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer) confirmed by clinicopathology; 2. The patient has normal cognitive function, reading and writing ability; 3. The patient is informed and agrees to participate in clinical research, and has certain language expression ability; 4. Patient compliance is good, age 18-65 years old, male and female; 5. Patients are expected to survive at least six months or more before chemotherapy; 6. The chemotherapy regimen of the patient was fluorouracil chemotherapy drugs, and the duration of each chemotherapy cycle was the same and more than 4 cycles of chemotherapy could be completed; 7. The patient had normal hearing and had not undergone music therapy within one year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with malignant tumors in locations other than the digestive tract (stomach cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer). 2.Patients with impaired consciousness, cognitive disorders, or hearing impairments. 3.Patients with severe damage to vital organs such as the liver and lungs. 4.Patients with malignant digestive tract tumors undergoing immunotherapy.
