Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients older than 18 years of age and scheduled for radical resection of colorectal cancer with the ASA status I~III,and Willing to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Chronic pain, long-term use of opioids, hormones or non-steroidal drugs; Patients allergic to propofol, esketamine, local anesthetics and other narcotic drugs; Patients with regional nerve block contraindications; Severe abnormal liver and kidney function, moderate or above abnormal cardiopulmonary function, severe cerebrovascular disease, combined with mental system disease, central and peripheral nervous system disease; Pregnant and lactating women;
