Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III; 2. Age 18-60 years old; 3. Body mass index (BMI) of 18.5-23.9 kg/m^2; 4. Elective single-port thoracoscopic lobectomy under general anesthesia is planned.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed mental illness; 2. Inability to communicate due to cognitive impairment or language impairment before surgery; 3. History of chronic pain or opioid abuse before surgery; 4. History of drug abuse or alcohol abuse in the past 3 months; 5. Those who have infection at the puncture site or have been infected before surgery; 6. Accompanied by blood diseases, coagulation dysfunction and other serious comorbidities; 7. Those who have an allergic reaction to the drugs used in this study; 8. Patients with severe scoliosis or a history of thoracotomy surgery.
