Interventions

Observation group:Anesthesia was maintained with remimazolam+remifentanil, of which remimazolam was 0.6-1.2mg/kg/h, and other drugs, doses, and operation methods were consistent with those of the cont
Control group:Anesthesia was maintained with continuous pump injection of remifentanil 0.1-0.2ug/kg/min, propofol 2-10mg/kg/h, and intraoperative maintenance of BIS at 40~60.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for breast cancer, TNM stage I ~II, with surgical indications of modified radical mastectomy; 2. Female patients; 3. Age 40-70 years old; 4. ASA grade I ~ III; 5. Informed consent to this study. 6. Body mass index (BMI) of 18 ~ 28kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known to be allergic to benzodiazepines and other drugs that may be used in the perioperative period; 2.Long-term use of benzodiazepine sleeping pills; Use of sedative or opioid analgesics in the last week; 3.Body mass index (BMI) > 28kg/m^2; 4. Medical history of motion sickness and seasickness;contraindications identified by the researchers as having other clinical significance, including difficulties in tracheal intubation, severe depression, schizophrenia, dementia and neurological diseases such as post-stroke; Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other major organ dysfunction. 5. Medical history of motion sickness and sea sickness.
