Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age: 50-85 years old; 2. patients with a diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or early-stage dementia (according to international classification criteria, e.g., DSM-5 or NIA-AA); MMSE >= 20 points, or Clinical Dementia Rating , CDR <= 1. 3. signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Comorbidity with severe other neurological diseases (e.g. Parkinson's disease, stroke, etc.); 2. Suffering from severe depression, mental illness or unable to cooperate with the assessment; 3. Comorbidity with major physical diseases (e.g. cardiac and renal failure). 4. those who refuse to undergo blood sampling, imaging, etc. 5. those who are contraindicated for MRI examination
