Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cross-sectional study of risk model 1. Risk model HIV positive cases 2. Confirmed HIV positive test; 3. At least 18 years of age; 1. Risk model HIV negative cases 2. Confirmed HIV negative; 3. At least 18 years old; Precise intervention cohort study of high-risk spreaders 1HIV molecular transmission network is judged to be a high-risk spreader; 2.HIV confirmation test positive;3. At least 18 years old. Precise intervention of sex partner cohort studies in high-risk spreaders 1. Negative HIV confirmation test; 2. At least 18 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Patients with severe mental and neurological diseases; 3. Failure to comply with experimental protocols and withdrawal of informed consent; 4. Falsifying data or concealing true personal information is found in the research process.
