Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. clinically diagnosed with prolonged disorders of consciousness at the time of admission; 2. presence of documented etiology of brain injury; 3. age >= 18 years; 4. the duration of disorders of consciousness is greater than or equal to 28 days;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.previous history of acquired brain injury, mental illness, neurodegenerative diseases, and malignant tumors; 2.current brain injury is caused by a mixed etiology; 3.coexisting severe organ dysfunction, or unstable clinical condition;
