Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the latest 2024 NCCN guidelines for gastric cancer in the United States, patients at high risk for lymph node metastasis after endoscopic treatment, based on pathological evaluation, meet at least one of the following criteria: 1.The tumor histological type is poorly differentiated. 2.Postoperative pathology confirms deep infiltration: pT1b2 (SM > 500µm). 3.Postoperative pathology confirms lymphovascular invasion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological evaluation shows positive horizontal or vertical margins. 2.Patients with a history of esophageal/gastric surgery or those with underlying diseases or other reasons that prevent them from undergoing gastric surgery. 3.Patients who are unable to provide informed consent.
