Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Participants are between the ages of 18 and 30; (2) are in good health; (3) have received specialized training in baseball and softball (4) are free of any kind of disease or sports injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) have an autonomic or cardiovascular disease; (2) have taken medications or ingested foods that may affect autonomic function within the past three days; (3) have overeaten, dieted, or exercised strenuously in the 48 hours prior to the test; (4) have abnormal mental behavior and sleep conditions; (5) have injuries to the legs or feet prior to the experiment; and (6) have fatigue, such as muscle aches and pains.
