Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mutations in HNF1A, HNF4A, ABCC8, KCNJ11, and GCK genes detected by genetic testing and diagnosed with MODY; 2. The informed consent form is complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unable to take medications as prescribed by doctors or cooperate the follow-up visits; 2. Those who have clinical contraindications to the hypoglycemic regimens.
