Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients aged >= 18 years, male or female; 2: Lung cancer confirmed by histological or cytological pathology; 3: The investigator confirmed the presence of meningeal metastasis in the patient through comprehensive clinical evaluation, which included symptom evaluation, imaging evaluation and cerebrospinal fluid pathology evaluation; 4: Patients who had previously received standard anti-tumor treatment in accordance with clinical practice and returned to the hospital for regular review; 5: Patients who had previously received radiotherapy or surgical treatment for the central nervous system were allowed to be included; 6: Patients with or without central nervous system symptoms or signs were allowed to be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: After the diagnosis of meningeal metastasis, the patient has not returned to the hospital for regular follow-up after receiving anti-tumor treatment; 2: Combined with other tumors except lung cancer; 3: Suffered from other malignant tumors or had a history of other malignant tumors in the past 5 years, except for basal cell carcinoma of the skin, carcinoma in situ of the cervix and ductal carcinoma in situ of the breast that have been effectively controlled.
