Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. At the same time, it meets the diagnostic criteria of OP in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Osteoporosis (2022) and the diagnostic criteria of sarcopenia in the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Prevention and Control of Sarcopenia in the Elderly (2023); 2. Aged between 60 and 80 years old, able to walk independently; 3. No communication dysfunction; 4. Patients knew and signed the informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary OP, severe spinal disease or fracture caused by various reasons; 2. Those who have taken anti-osteoporosis drugs or other drugs affecting bone metabolism in the past 3 months; 3. Diseases affecting bone metabolism such as hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, chronic kidney/hepatitis, and bone metastases; 4. The presence of visual field defects, hemineglect, ataxia, pain and other diseases affecting balance function; 5. Suffering from serious diseases of the heart and cerebrovascular system; 6. Blood clots or history of blood clots in the past 6 months; 7. Cognitive impairment or mental disorders; 8. With implants or cardiac stents in the body; 9. Malignant tumors.
