Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Meets the indications for catheter ablation in atrial fibrillation 2: Patients aged 18-80 years 3: Patients with non-paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (AF); non-paroxysmal AF is defined as sustained episodes lasting >7 days 4: Sign the informed consent form and receive the necessary follow-up
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Abnormal coagulation function or anticoagulation contraindications; 2) Abnormal coagulation function or anticoagulation contraindications; 3) Left anteroposterior diameter >=55mm; 4) left atrial thrombus; 5) Severe structural heart disease (severe mitral regurgitation, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, etc.); 6) Abnormal thyroid function; 7) Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (AST or ALT>3 times the upper limit; Scr>3.5mg/dl or Ccr<30ml/min)
