23 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Clinical nurses in gastrointestinal surgery who have direct contact with patients and have worked for =2 years; (2) Able to complete questionnaires and receive relevant training within the department; (3) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) General nurses who do not participate in nursing treatment. (2) Nurses who retire within two years.
