Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the criteria for study inclusion were screened among the outpatients of the Department of Sports Medicine of Peking University Third Hospital, and were continuously enrolled after informed consent. 1. Patients with typical imaging manifestations of hip impingement syndrome who meet the indication for surgery, but are unwilling to undergo surgical treatment 2. Walk 500 meters, squat and have no obvious difficulties in daily living activities 3. 18-50 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to MRI, 2. Lower limb joint replacement, 3. Have undergone lower limb surgery, 4. Osteoarthritis of the hip joint 5. Body mass index (BMI) greater than 35 6. Neurological, spine or lower limb diseases
