Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Imaging-assured intracranial vascular malformation; b) Age between 18 and 75 years; c) Diagnosed with primary intracranial vascular malformation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Age less than 18 years old or greater than 75 years old; b) Not primary intracranial vascular malformation; c) Pregnancy, lactating patients; d) Combined with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, liver and kidney insufficiency or severe systemic complications; e) Combined with moyamoya disease, neurofibromatosis, central nervous system vasculitis, radiation - induced vascular injury and other serious cerebrovascular diseases, or systemic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, Behcet's disease, etc., which may interfere with the study results; f) Incomplete clinical data, unable to clearly determine key information such as recanalization of lesions, recurrence or nature of lesions before surgery; g) The specimen storage conditions do not meet the experimental requirements, resulting in substandard sample quality; h) Other patients whom the clinician considers unsuitable for enrollment.
