Knee flexion angle greater than 90°, with varus deformity less than 15°, and the knee cannot fully extend but remains in a flexed position with less than 5° of deformity; 4. Medial compartment knee osteoarthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence grade 3-4).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of polycompartmental joint lesions; 2. When the MRI results meet the following conditions, the structural and functional incompleteness of the cruciate ligament and the medial and lateral collateral ligament of the knee joint is considered to be excluded: 1. Complete tear: the signal of the anterior cruciate ligament is increased, the anterior cruciate ligament is abnormal (twisted) and wavy changes, the continuity of the anterior cruciate ligament is interrupted, and the sign of pseudoplasia and void appears. 2. Partial tear: the signal in the ligament is elevated but there is still continuity that is intact fiber bundle; anterior cruciate ligament thinning; Indirect signs of an ACL tear are seen in one sequence and an intact ACL in another. 3.
