Eligibility

Age
60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 60 years old; (2) Patients scheduled for hip surgery; (3) Unilateral operation; (4) ASA II - III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) combined with hematopoietic system diseases or malignant tumor; (2) previous ipsilateral hip operation history; (3) combined with mental disorders (or long-term application of antipsychotics); (4) severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, and renal dysfunction; (5) The preoperative MMSE score was lower than the minimum score corresponding to the respective educational level (illiterate <= 17 points; primary school <= 20 points; middle school <= 22 points; university <= 23 points). (6) hearing impairment, or have a impaired communication ability (7) history of anesthetics allergy; (8) Combined with dementia, Alzheimer's disease or other cognitive degenerative diseases.
