Interventions

Control group:Adjust the patients head slightly back, then hold the lower jaw with the left hand to widen the oral space, hold the laryngeal mask with a pen in the right hand, and move the opening dir
Intervention group:Adjust the patients head slightly back to make the oral cavity open naturally, then hold the lower jaw with the left hand to widen the oral space, hold the laryngeal mask in reverse

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients and their families are informed and willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 2. Patients who underwent surgery in our hospital and had a hospital stay of >=2 days; 3. ASA Class I.-III, age 18-60 years, gender is not limited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of serious comorbid diseases, including severe cardiopulmonary diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, or postoperative transfer to ICU; 2. Those with metabolic diseases, such as diabetes, which are difficult to control stably; 3. Those who may undergo emergency surgery; 4. Pregnant or lactating patients; 5. Patients with airway inflammation; 6. Refusal to participate in the study.
