Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.age range from 6 months to 5 years, regardless of gender; 2.pediatric patients requiring elective minimally invasive surgery via a small right subaxillary incision due to ventricular septal defect and atrial septal defect; 3.classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II-III; 4. whose guardians or themselves have voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients and their guardians refuse to participate in the study; 2. emergency surgery/intraoperative conversion to open chest surgery; 3. use vasoactive drugs for support before anesthesia; 4.History of respiratory infection within 2 weeks before surgery; 5. those with a history of thoracic and/or cardiac surgery, those with genetic diseases, respiratory diseases, airway and/or thoracic abnormalities, those with abnormal preoperative chest X-ray or CT findings, including pleural effusion, pneumothorax, atelectasis or pneumonia; 6. require reintubation after surgery.
