Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: After review and approval by the Medical Ethics Committee of West China Hospital, Sichuan University, we will prospectively and continuously enroll patients with advanced osteochondrodysplasia of the knee and ankle joints who meet the inclusion criteria and have not responded to conservative treatment, and who require joint replacement. 1) Elective unilateral total knee or ankle joint reconstruction under general anesthesia; 2) Patients/family members are informed and sign the informed consent form, and are willing to participate in the study; 3) Preoperative American Society of Anesthesiologists classification (anesthesia risk assessment) is grade I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who cannot cooperate for various reasons; 2) Individuals suffering from chronic pain or those who have been taking analgesics for a long time; 3) Patients with pre-existing deep vein thrombosis in the affected limb, atherosclerotic plaques in the lower limbs, or reduced arterial elasticity; 4) Infections and revisions; 5) Severe sleep disorders or anxiety disorders (PSQI > 7 points); 6) Those allergic to or having adverse reactions to routine postoperative analgesics; 7) Individuals with impaired kidney or liver function.
