Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are willing to choose painless medical thoracoscopy 2. Adult patients are aged 18-75 years old, and gender is not limited; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I.~II, Mallampatis grade I.~II 4. Body Mass Index (BMI) 18< BMI<35 kg/m^2
