Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Frequent ventricular tachycardia ; (2) Previous ventricular electrical storm ; (3) Poor control of drug treatment ; (4)Patients who meet the primary or secondary prevention of implantable cardioverter defibrillator(ICD); (5)The subjects volunteered to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Renal artery anatomy that is not suitable for treatment includes: a. Major renal artery 50%) or renal artery aneurysm of either renal artery; d. Previous history of renal artery intervention, including balloon angioplasty or stenting; e. Unilateral kidney; (2) Patients with renal insufficiency: eGFR < 45 mL/min/1.73?; (3) Patients who have been treated with radiofrequency ablation in the past; (4) Patients who have received ICD therapy in the past; (5) There are contraindications to surgery or other conditions that are not suitable for surgery; (6) Life expectancy< 18 months; (7) Subject refuses to participate in the trial or sign the test.
