Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome according to the Roman IV diagnostic criteria; 3. Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The individual exhibits a severe mental disorder or cognitive impairment. 2. Other significant complications have arisen that may have influenced the study outcomes. 3. The participant is currently undergoing alternative psychological interventions.
