Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered nurses formally on duty; 2.Working time <= 2 years; 3. No relevant working experience before formal entry; 4. First time to participate in an ACT-based intervention; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. further training nurses; 2. nurses engaged in non-clinical work; 3. nurses who could not complete the study due to vacation, going out for further training or study, etc.; 4.those who suffered from psychological or physical illnesses needing treatment; (5) Those who have not obtained informed consent.
