Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meets the diagnostic criteria for liver failure in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Liver Failure (2018 Edition) of the Chinese Medical Association: serum total bilirubin (TBIL) >=10× upper limit of normal (ULN) or daily increase of >=17.1µmol/L, which meets the indications for artificial liver in the 2022 edition of the Expert Consensus on the Clinical Application of Artificial Liver Blood Purification Technology (2022 Edition); Receiving DPMAS sequential PE treatment; Age>=18 years; Patients and their families agree and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with active bleeding and disseminated intravascular coagulation; Haemodynamically unstable; Patients in the unstable stage of myocardial infarction; Patients with autoimmune deficiencies; Those with other serious organ diseases; Those with a history of liver transplantation; Those who cannot tolerate the course of this study; Those who have no self-control and cannot cooperate.
