Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We summarized clinical data from 161 patients (aged 18-65 years, ASA I-III) who underwent elective surgery under general anesthesia between October 2023 and July 2024.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included: 1. severe cardiovascular instability (acute heart failure, severe arrhythmia, myocardial infarction); 2. uncontrolled hypertension; 3. anticipated difficult airway; 4. uncompleted or missing vital signs data; 5. records with documented protocol violations. To minimize potential selection bias, consecutive eligible cases during the study period were included.
