Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age above or equal to 18 years old gender is not limited; 2)Have cataracts and expect cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation ; 3) The cataract core hardness grading Emery grading standard is grade; 4) Sign informed consent ; 5) Willing and able to conduct all planned visits and evaluations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) To study the stage of cataracts of the eye in the mature stage of cataract or cataract caused by trauma and incomplete dislocation of the lens caused by various reasons ; 2) Study of active disease or history of chronic or recurrent inflammatory eye diseases eg iritis scleritis uveitis iridocycletis iris erythrosis ; 3) Study the eyes for evidence of acute external ocular infection bacterial viral andor fungal such as smallpox chickenpox and other viral diseases of the cornea and conjunctiva ocular tuberculosis corneal dystrophy active corneal ulcer intraocular infection thyroid dysfunction ophthalmopathy active meibomian gland cyst or uncontrolled blepharitis ; 4) A current case of herpes simplex keratitis at one eye or a history of herpes simplex keratitis at one eye ; 5) Any person with glaucoma or receiving glaucoma medication ; 6) Either person has intraocular hypertension defined as intraocular pressure 21 mmHg and is taking medications for intraocular hypertension or has a history of elevated intraocular pressure including intraocular pressure associated with steroids ; 7) Any eye abnormalities including ectropion entropion trichiasis excess lacrimal spots and lacrimal spot abnormalities as determined by the investigator that may affect the implantation of the experimental drug in the study eye ; 8) Patients with liver and kidney diseases who are intolerant to TCM decoction ; 9) Conditions determined by the investigator to be likely to compromise the health of the subject or the safety and validity of the study results eg systemic or other eye disease or abnormality.
