Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with colorectal cancer through pathological diagnosis; 2. Age>=60 years; 3. Initial use of oxaliplatin with or without other chemotherapy drugs, and continuous use of this regimen for the next 4 courses of chemotherapy; 4. ECOG PS score 0-2 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from other neurological diseases at the same time, such as peripheral neuropathy caused by diabetes, herpes zoster, and faculty Systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.; 2. At the same time, it is accompanied by severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. At the same time, it is accompanied by other diseases that affect balance function or gait, such as fractures, trauma, etc.; 4. At the same time, it is accompanied by hearing impairment, aphasia and other diseases, dementia, mental disorder and cognitive impairment; 5. Reluctance to participate in surveys.
