esmketamine group:Intraoperative continuous pumping of 0.25 mg/kg/h until 10 minutes before the end of surgery
dexmedetomidine group:Intraoperative continuous pumping of 0.125 mg/kg/h until 10 minutes before the end of surgery

65 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Elderly patients =65 years of age, regardless of gender 2.ASA physical condition class I-III 3.capable of autonomous behavior, conscious, and able to cooperate in the completion of the study 4.Undergoing surgical procedures under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient refusal to participate in the study; 2. severe visual or auditory deficits; cognitive impairment or inability to communicate; 3. positive preoperative delirium assessment method (CAM); 4. body mass index BMI greater than 30; 5. glaucoma or intracranial hypertension; severe uncontrolled hypertension; and 6. allergy to esketamine and dexmedetomidine.
