Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with multiple motor tics and one or more vocal tics, but not necessarily both; 2. After the first twitch, the frequency of the twitch can be increased or decreased, and the course of the disease is more than 1 year; 3. The age of onset ranged from 5 to 18 years; 4. Exclude certain drugs or medical diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Moderate to severe intellectual disability; 2. Those who consumed antibiotics and yogurt or probiotic products two weeks before enrollment; 3. Genetic, infection, poisoning and other causes may lead to tic or tic like clinical symptoms: such as Down syndrome, fragile X syndrome, nodular sclerosis; Streptococcal infection, encephalitis; Carbon monoxide, mercury, bee poisoning and other poisoning factors; Stroke, head trauma, etc.
