Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient age from 18 to 85. 2.Select all patients scheduled for elective gastocolonoscopy under general anesthesia. 3.Agree to participate in the study and sign the consent form. 4.The patient`s BMI range between 10 and 45.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of gastrointestinal tumors from previous examinations, who are planned to undergo tumor resection under general anesthesia during gastocolonoscopy. 2.Patients with a history of pyloric obstruction or suspected pyloric obstruction. 3.Patients with a history of intestinal obstruction or suspected intestinal obstruction. 4.Patients who are regularly taking pain medication. 5.Pregnant women.
