Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1.Nurse leaders who have served as nurse leaders in clinical departments for >=1 year.2.Nurse leaders who have experienced at least 1 major organisational change. 3.Voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1.Unable to participate in this nurse leader due to illness, maternity, or leave of absence. 2.Going out for further training and study nurse leaders. The sample size was determined based on the principle that the interviews were saturated with content and no more new themes emerged.
