Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Register and hold the Nurse Practicing Certificate; 2. Currently working in ICU; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. During the survey period, those who left their posts for more than 3 months due to various reasons such as going out for study or pregnancy; 2. Student nurse.
