75 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >=75 years old; (2) ASA Grade II ~ III; (3) "laparoscopic cholecystectomy/hernia repair" is planned to be performed at an selected time; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign a written informed consent for anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combination of poorly controlled diabetes and impaired glucose tolerance; (2) Weight loss of more than 10% in the past 6 months; (3) Patients with nausea, vomiting, gastroesophageal reflux, gastric emptying disorder, pyloric obstruction, etc.; (4) Complicated with severe brain, heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases. (5) Suspected or have a history of alcohol or drug abuse; (6) Patients with a history of Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, delirium; (7) There are serious sensory defects (such as vision, hearing impairment) or other reasons caused by the inability to communicate with the visitor and affect the evaluator.
