Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion Criteria for Residents: Residents who have lived in Jinan’s communities for 6 months or longer; those aged >=18 years and willing to participate in the survey; individuals who can complete the questionnaire independently or with the assistance of survey personnel. 2.Inclusion Criteria for General Practitioners: Individuals holding a practicing physician qualification certificate; those engaged in general medical practice for >=1 year; individuals willing to cooperate with the survey.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion Criteria for Residents: those with severe mental disorders or significant visual or hearing impairments; individuals who are bedridden long-term or unable to manage daily activities, making lifestyle interventions unfeasible. 2.Exclusion Criteria for General Practitioners: those who have been on sick leave, personal leave, or business trips, resulting in an absence from general medical practice for >=1 year.
