Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective surgical treatment; 2. Age>=65 years. 3. Understand the content of the study, agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 4. 3 months after discharge;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe organic lesions such as heart, liver, or kidney disease; 2.patients with cognitive impairment or other conditions that prevent participation in the study; 3.and patients who died from serious complications after surgery or during hospitalization.
