Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.No history of mental illness or other serious acute or chronic diseases; 2.Normal language expression ability; 3.Full time nursing college/undergraduate students 4.Aged 20 to 30 years (inclusive), regardless of gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals receiving treatment for mental illness; 2.Individuals undergoing other physical or psychological interventions;
