Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage were admitted to the Sixth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University from May 2014 to May 2024 2 According to the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage in China 2015, the diagnosis was consistent with cerebral hemorrhage in the basal ganglia region 3 The patient should meet the surgical indications for cerebral hemorrhage in the basal ganglia, and sign the informed consent for surgery and the removal of intracranial hematoma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Over 80 years old 2 The time from onset to admission is more than 48h 3 There are other spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage, such as subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebellar hemorrhage, and brainstem hemorrhage 4 Incomplete data
