Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The overall age range of normal young children should be 4-11 years old, without secondary sexual characteristics. Boys: 4-11 years old; Girls: 4-8 years old; 2.The children's guardians / eligible subjects signed the informed consent form, with good compliance; 3.Daily sleep PSQI score above 10 (priority); 4.BMI index was in the standard range, and there was no weight problem; 5.Normal living habits and regular exercise; 6.Height was 1-2 standard deviations (SD) below the mean of age group; 7.The subject's current residence is limited to Shanghai; 8.Other conditions that are evaluated and confirmed by the investigator as suitable for participating in clinical experiments;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known etiologies such as precocious puberty, small for gestational age, achondroplasia, thyroid dysfunction, and other chronic infectious diseases; 2.Children with congenital heart, lung, kidney and liver dysfunction or severe physiological defects and developmental malformations; 3.Children with malignant tumor, genetic predisposition to familial tumor and abnormal glucose metabolism; 4.Snoring, hyperactivity disorder, anxiety disorder, autism, mental disorder and other diseases; 5.Have suffered from serious acute and chronic diseases, special physique and used growth hormone, synthetic steroids and other drugs in the past six months; 6.Children with allergic reactions to gamma aminobutyric acid foods; 7.Other situations that are not suitable for participating in clinical experiments after evaluation and confirmation by the investigator;
