Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed high-risk multiple myeloma patients, 2. Age between 18-75 years old, 3.Willing to come back for necessary follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other serious diseases that may limit the patient's participation in this trial (such as advanced infection, uncontrolled diabetes, severe cardiac insufficiency or angina, severe liver function abnormalities, etc.); 2. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 3. Unable to understand or comply with the study protocol; 4. Other conditions that the investigator considers unsuitable for inclusion.
