18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Age: 18 <= age <= 80 years old; 2)Preoperative diagnosis of mitral insufficiency stenosis or insufficiency 3)Patients undergoing heart surgery for the first time. 4)No history of congenital heart disease or coronary artery disease. 5)Good compliance, able to cooperate with follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who do not meet the selection criteria. 2) History of second or multiple heart surgeries. 3) Cardiac surgery is accompanied by surgery on other body parts. 4) Hepatic and renal function impairment (test results exceeding the upper limit of normal value by 3 times), with surgical contraindications; 5) Those who suffer from other diseases that require radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or long-term hormone therapy. 6) Have participated in other clinical trials. 7) Combined with other heart surgeries. 8) Refusal to participate.
