Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 14-75 years old, male and female; 2. Patients diagnosed with Crohn's disease based on clinical manifestations, laboratory examinations, imaging examinations, endoscopic and histopathological examinations; 3. The patient underwent double balloon enteroscopy (DBE) examination before formal treatment ( 52 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, inflammatory bowel disease - unclassified; 2. Have previously undergone bowel resection or intra-abdominal surgery; 3. Patients with active malignant tumors, severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, severe cardiopulmonary diseases or systemic infectious diseases; 4. Pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the enrollment study period.
