Tset group 1:First, wear multifocal soft glasses. After all examinations are completed, take a 10 minute break and wear regular frame glasses to complete the test.
Tset group 2:First, wear regular frame glasses. After all examinations are completed, take a 10 minute break and wear multifocal soft glasses to complete the test.

40 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 40-55 years old; 2. Refractive error: Equivalent spherical lens -7.50~0.00D, astigmatism = 0.8; 4. Tear film rupture time >= 5s; 5. Those who are willing to try wearing contact lense.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications for wearing contact lenses; 2. Have a history of refractive surgery and eye surgery; 3. Accompanied by any organic eye diseases (such as cataracts, glaucoma, amblyopia, etc.); 4. Poor general health (such as heart disease, respiratory system disease, hypertension, diabetes, etc.); 5. Cognitive impairment, mental system disorders, and inability to cooperate with examinations.
