Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Aged over 18 with closed epiphyseal line; 2)Suffering from ulnar wrist pain over 6 months and conservative treatment found failure; 3)Radiographic signs show ulnar impaction: More than 2mm ulnar positive variance on wrist PA X-ray, high signal cystic change in lunate and trigonum on T2 images of MRI; 4)Received metaphyseal ulnar shortening osteotomy or diaphyseal ulnar shortening osteotomy; 5)Combined with IB+IIC TFCC injury and received single tunnel transosseous TFCC repari; 6)Over 12 months after surgery;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Combined with wrist instability, deformity(Madelung's deformity),severe ulnar carpal arthritis; 2)Combined with carpal or forearm fracture; 3)Manifested as Tolat 3 sigmoid notch (reverse oblique) on PA X-ray; 4)Unable to cooperate follow-up due to psychological or mental diseases; 5)Received arthroscopic Wafer procedure; 6)Received surgery no more than 12 months;
