Type 2 diabetes patients with Mogensen III and above diabetes nephropathy within 7 years Patients with diabetes whose course of disease is more than 15 years and whose glycosylated hemoglobin level is more than 7.5% at least twice in the past two years but without any microvascular complications

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group: 40-50 years old, male, 6 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus less than 7 years and Mogensen stage III and above diabetic nephropathy (eGFR 30-59 mL/min/1.73m^m, or urine albumin/creatinine ratio >300 mg/g); Control group: 6 patients with diabetes mellitus for more than 15 years and glycosylated hemoglobin levels > 7.5% at least twice in the past two years without any microvascular complications were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.All subjects were excluded from primary kidney disease, serious cardiovascular disease, infectious diseases, autoimmune disease and malignant tumor.
