20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Participants are between 20 and 40 years of age, of either sex 2: female subjects are not menstruating, pregnant, or at least 6 weeks postpartum, and are not breastfeeding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: pregnant or breastfeeding women 2: individuals with serious conditions affecting the kidneys, respiratory, endocrine, or hematopoietic systems 3: individuals who had used medications in the last three months known to cause weight gain as a side effect 4: individuals who had been on weight loss plans during the study period 5: individuals with strict diets or irregular eating habits 6: individuals with allergies to ingredients in the test food, such as tea polyphenols, theanine, or caffeine
