Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for participants were women aged between 40 and 55 years who were in the menopausal period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria included the following: having received hormone therapy within the past six months; undergoing hysterectomy or oophorectomy; being diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS); being in the pregnancy period; and having difficulties in reading comprehension.
