Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult (18-80 years old) patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke in the "Key Diagnostic Points for Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019" and have been diagnosed with stroke through CT or MRI examination; 2.The course of disease was less than 6 months; 3. Level III to V of drinking water test in Watian and having dysphagia; 4.Stable vital signs, no conscious disturbance or obvious cognitive disturbance, can cooperate with this study; 5.The patients and their families voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with swallowing disorders not caused by first episode or stroke; 2. Patients with severe diseases of important organs such as the heart, liver, lungs, and kidneys, or those with mental disorders who do not with examinations and treatment; 3. Patients with other neurological diseases or diseases of the ear, nose, and throat that affect swallowing function; 4.A person with or having a history of mental illness; 5. Patients with skull defects.
